Fine thread screws
The very fine thread screws with matching nut which we manufacture are supplied as a standard design with a thread pitch of 0.15 mm, corresponding to an international standard of approx. 170 TPI.
On request we can supply different thread pitches or screw dimensions. The very fine thread screws which we manufacture are equipped with a grease storage system which is unique in terms of its function and long operating life. This system guarantees that the thread is evenly supplied with lubricant at every turn of the screw.
The actuating head - double design as standard - has a knurled section for coarse adjustment and a smooth section for fine adjustment, and stands out because an operator can adjust it so precisely. The smooth section enables the operator to use the sensitivity of his or her fingertips to achieve optimal fine adjustment. In addition to the standard design, we can manufacture the actuating head to meet your own individual requirements. Move the mouse over the image to see all details.
The thread design with a lubricant reservoir and the dual actuating head have been registered in accordance with the legally valid trademark rights and can only be obtained from fine-adjustment. Different head shapes can be supplied in addition to the standard design. Please contact us if the shape you require is not included in the order list.
Our very fine thread screws are manufactured in brass alloy as standard, but they can also be supplied in stainless steel.
Each very fine thread screw is laser-marked with an orientation line, the pitch in mm, and the fine-adjustment designation.
Optionally, each screw can be supplied with a central hexagon (e.g. SW 3 or SW 2.5).
